Delivery and Cost
One of our national carrier partners will deliver this item to you, such as Australian Post, Allied Express, Couriers Please, Fastway, Star Track Express, Toll Express, or any other carrier we may choose. Using Standard Delivery, you'll get deliveries directly to your front door, mailbox, front entrance, foyer, reception, or other ground floor parcel receiving locations (our delivery drivers can't go upstairs or pass the front door). Standard Delivery will usually occur Monday to Friday (8am to 6pm) but could occur outside of these hours during peak periods. Our recommendation is to authorize couriers to leave packages in a safe place if you are unable to receive them at home. During the checkout process, you can indicate this preference. Therefore, you will receive your goods the first time and avoid the hassle of missed deliveries and redelivery.
We will require your authorisation on delivery if you do not wish us to leave your delivery in a safe place. For contactless deliveries, our drivers will ask for your name and sign on your behalf.

No questions asked, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, if you change your mind. The product should be returned in its original packaging. All credits will be issued as store credit. Your refund total will equal the merchandise price, less the actual shipping costs associated with both initial and return shipment. This is irrespective of any free, discounted or any other type of shipping promotion that may have been applicable at the time of your order.
